Booklets: 2022 - 2023

What a great resource, well done! I like the booklet a lot, full of great ideas and tips for young people to get through the summer, especially the TV Magic remote and self-massage/butterfly hug as these can be done without scissors and glue. Perhaps we could change the introduction to address the young person rather than the adult? Thank you.

What a fantastic resource! It’s colourful, pleasing to the eye, simple activities of varying lengths, good selection of tools/skills to learn. Perhaps if it has a paragraph at the beginning for parents to read, explaining the purpose of the booklet and how they can support their children with it?? Also, I noticed one error on the week 3 page in the box you tear out it says: Complete an exercise and should read…Complete an exercise.

I love the fact that it’s really colourful and gives off a real summer vibe, maybe having some real life experiences of young people using the coping tips/strategies might be good to inspire the younger ones & so they can hear that the strategies do work, but I definitely think it’s a great tool, I’m sure the young people will love it too!

OMG! I LOVE IT! We are planning on making PSHE sessions for schools to raise awareness for young carers- do you think they would like to collab on that? The summer booklet is amazing, absolutely chuffed with it!
